Our story
ข้าวซอยป้านูญอยู่คู่เมืองแม่ฮ่องสอนมากว่า 60 ปี วันนี้เราตั้งหม้อข้าวซอยในบ้านสวนหลังเล็กที่ซอยนากระจง ตำบลผาบ่อง มีต้นไม้ล้อมรอบ นั่งกินข้าวซอยร้อน ๆ แล้วต่อด้วยกาแฟสักแก้วได้ในที่เดียว
Khao Soi Pa Noon has been part of Mae Hong Son for over 60 years. Today we cook in a small garden house on Soi Na Krachong, with coffee after your bowl.

บ้านใหม่เป็นบ้านหลังเล็กสีขาว หน้าร้านมีป้าย Khao-Soi Baan Suan and Coffee โต๊ะไม้ตั้งอยู่ใต้ชายคา ส่วนในบ้านเป็นมุมนั่งที่แต่งด้วยต้นไม้และของสะสม รอบบ้านเป็นสวนที่มีไม้ผล นั่งกินแล้วได้ยินเสียงนกเป็นระยะ
ข้าวซอยของเรามีทั้งไก่และหมู เส้นหนานุ่มคลุกกับน้ำแกงข้นหอมเครื่องแกง เสิร์ฟพร้อมผักกาดดอง หอมแดง และมะนาว ใครอยากลองแบบอื่นมีข้าวซอยผัดและข้าวซอยกรอบ ส่วนคนไม่กินเนื้อสัตว์บอกเราได้เลย
อีกครึ่งหนึ่งของร้านคือมุมกาแฟ มีกาแฟ ชาเขียวมัทฉะ โกโก้ และน้ำมะนาวน้ำผึ้งโซดาที่ใช้มะนาวจากต้นข้างร้าน
The Pa Noon name has been tied to Mae Hong Son khao soi for more than 60 years. Our old shop on Phadung Muai To Road in town has closed, and we now cook at a garden house on Soi Na Krachong.
It is a small white house signed Khao-Soi Baan Suan and Coffee, with wooden tables under the eaves, a cosy room inside and fruit trees all around.
Expect chicken or pork khao soi with thick, soft noodles, plus stir-fried and crispy versions; meat-free on request. The coffee corner makes coffee, matcha, cocoa and honey-lime soda.

เป็นอีกสิ่งนึงถ้ามาแม่ฮ่องสอน อยากให้มาลองชิม ข้าวซอยป้านูญ เรากินมาตั้งแต่ป้านูญเป็นคนทำ จนตอนนี้ลูกสาวป้ามาทำแทน ก็ยังอร่อยเหมือนเดิม จริงๆเราสั่งมามากกว่านี้ แต่ถ่ายรูปไม่ทันค่ะ😅อร่อยมากกกกกกก วันนี้ทานข้าวซอยผัด อร่อยสุดๆ ชอบมากเลย แฟนทานข้าวซอยไก่ ก็อร่อยค่ะ สามารถสั่งไม่ใส่เนื้อสัตว์ได้นะคะDelicious Khao Soi in a beautiful setting. Mae Hong Son is a small valley town with Shan-style temples by Chong Kham lake, a hilltop temple on Doi Kong Mu and reservoirs and flower-covered hills further out. The pictures below show the town and hills, not our shop.
